Hello, It is good to know that you are focused to gain weight naturally. We can surely help you for the same. Ideally for your height your weight should be 68 kgs as per the BMI reference range for Asians that is 18.5-22.9. I think you should focus more on gaining lean muscle mass and increase weight and avoid foods that will increase fat percentage. That said, weight gain is a process and requires a little time and patience. A personalized diet session is strongly recommended for you as it would take into account all the details required to chart a personalized, and sustainable diet plan. As a start you can follow the guidelines below- 1. Have nutritious & balanced meals and do not skip meals 2. Incorporate protein in every meal that you take. Protein rich foods are dals, pulses, sprouts, milk, curd, paneer, eggs, chicken, fish etc. 3. Have complex carbohydrated along with proteins. Adequate carbs ensure that the protein consumed is utilized for muscle building. 4. Incorporate healthy fats such as almonds, walnuts and seeds in your diet 5. Exercise regularly mainly weight bearing exercises 6. Drink 8-10 glasses of water to stay hydrated.
