I have read online that having peanut butter is a good option for gaining weight. Is that true, if yes for how many weeks do I need to take it ?

You need to gain only 7 KGS if going for muscle mass don't go with peanut butter have proteins . muscle gain is important. Don't go with net information totally .consult dietician for same.
