I am gaining weight and my face and my stomach are only swelled remaining body parts is as it was..only the two parts is gaining weight

This is a typical case of water retention. Face and stomach are potential sites of water retention so do not worry. We just need to get the water balance right. Increase intake of water by atlas a liter more than the present intake. Cut down on salt intake, avoid table salt, Chinese food, packed canned and tinned foods, Sauces and carbonated drinks

Looks like your body is retaining water. For this minimise packed foods and eat more not natural foods. Reduce SOS (sugar, oil and salt). This will help in reducing swelling.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
