Hi, focus on taking energy dense foods and foods rich in good quality protein. If you eat non veg then eggs, chicken and fish along with milk, paneer, sprouts and pulses. By energy dense foods I mean eg: 6 overnight soaked almonds dipped in honey with milk or yoghurt smoothies with fruits and dates. And do not skip your breakfast and have small meals. For a more detailed plan you can ping me on chat. All the best!!
