Weight Gain
Hi, I am 22, my height is 5'4 and weight is 40. I am very thin and want to gain weight. I have tried a lot of things but it doesn't help. I eat a follow a normal diet and according to that I should have a normal physique. My family is also have the right body type and they have normal weight and physique. K recently came to know that if a girl has white discharge it may lead her to have a lean physique and this is a case with me since I was really young. I just want suggestions what should I do to gain weight and what doctor should I consult?

Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
