Hello sir,I am 28 year old my height and weight is 5.9 feet and 59 kg. I want increase my weight but i have some issue like weak digestion i can not take milk and heavy diet in my daily routine.Before 3 year i  take milk but now i ha e issue because i am taking food outside from last 3 year.please tell me.

Hi,In order to gain weight u need to work first on your appetite.For that u can take some appetite stimulant tonics.Start taking home made healthy food .Eat small frequent meals.Eat calorie dense foods like nuts eg peanuts, almonds,walnuts,cashews,dry fruits like raisins, dates.Eat granola bars.Have rice daily.Take fruit juices daily.Include seeds like sunflower, pumpkin seeds in diet Use mix seeds as a snacking option.Use peanut butter on bread to increase protein and calories.In case milk does not suit u then u can opt for a protein supplement.Contact me for a customised Diet plan for you

Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diest -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
