Hello, I am gaining weight and constipation issue from 3 months and as I am living in pg my diet is also not good. I think I have thyroid. So what are the things I can eat and what can I avoid eating and is there any home remedy to cure thyroid??

Hi you can get your thyroid levels checked to be sure about any issues at all. Eat lots of green vegetables and drink plenty of water for your constipation.  Eat whole grains, pulses and lots of vegetables and fruits so that you have a good bowel movement.
