Hello.. Are you taking your medication regularly for your hypothyroidism and pcod?? First try to balance yourself doing meditation and yoga.. dont avoid your prescribed medication.. try to have proper diet schedule and exercise daily to control your weight gain.. try to avoid suicidal tendency from your mind and try talking to your parents and friends about your thoughts and discuss with them, they may be helpful in some or the other way.. if you still have any problems  i recommend you to consult psychiatrist.. thank you..

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation. You can consult me for further management if required.
