Weight gain
After delivery I lost 7-8kgs and now I am unable to gain weight. I am taking proper 3 meals. In breakfast I usually have sandwiches or poha or vermicelli or upma with 1 glass of milk. In lunch I take 4 chapattis with dal or any sabji. In evening I take tea with biscuit or namkeen. In dinner 4 parathas with sabji. Before sleeping I take 1 glass of milk. How to gain weight. I had my delivery on 6th August.
