I have suddenly put on 1.3 kgs of weight in just 3 days, even though I've been exercising well and eating healthy everyday. I've been doing strength training since 4 days using light weights(2 kgs each) and have maintained hydration. My periods are over, but my weight is higher than it was during the period. I'm 5'7" and now 61.55 kgs, whereas I was 60. 3 kgs 4 days ago. What could be the reason?
I am also on the contraceptive pill ovral-l and started a new pack 3 days ago. This is my 7th month on the pill.

It could be due to increased water intake. With a heavier dress or post meal or all the things combined. Try to weigh everytime on empty stomach with minimal clothing unlikely due to pill because you said you have been taking pill since 7 months
It seems you are over conscious about your weight. A litre of water intake and a different dress worn by you can add or reduce your weight by one and a half kg. Check your weight with minimum or consistent clothes first thing in the morning without any intake on the same machine. If it shows everyday increase for consecutive checks over a week, then look for other causes like Thyroid, Electrolytes etc.
Are you weighing yourself on a different weighing machine ?
You can gain 1.3 kg weight in 3 days only by the accumulation of a lot of fluid in your body .
Please get your KFT and LFT and consult with a General Physician on Practo with the report.
