Hi. I have been over weight my entire life. It is very hard for me to lose weight and hard to keep it off. I eat normally, and actually better than any of my friends (I’m 22) but in order to see any weight loss I have to be on a very strict diet. Even in high school, when my life was competitive swimming, I was still over weight. I only have 2-3 bowel movements a week; it has always been like this. Is something wrong?

Drink water 16glasses daily
