Hello sir 10 days back i was suffer from fever after 4 days it will gone now since fever is gone i am suffer from weekness in my legs i take multivitamin like zincovait and zinc and vitamin c but after taking for week no diffrence in weekness and also suffer from constipation My temp is 98 sometime its 98.4 Pls help
