Wearing condom on penis
I have a uncircumcised penis .While wearing a condom for the first time do I need (compulsory) to pull my foreskin down to the shaft of penis.
Or
Can I just put on condom without doing anything to foreskin and have intercourse

There is no need to pull the foreskin down on the shaft. You can wear condome as it is itself.
