Weakness and pains
Doctors I'm getting fever like sensation but no fever..
But having weakness and body pains and eyes are feeling like tired...
Last three months I have b12 deficiency but those symptoms are different. Is this due to Defficiency..
And due to sleeping issues I used tablet at 7 pm daily for 1 month... Pls suggest me some medice to get rid doctors
