Weakness and dizziness
I am having weakness and whenever I lay down am experiencing something is moving inside my head,and I am an diabetic patient,and I have recently taken a test which showed that the blood glucose levels are normal and my blood hemoglobin % is 10.5%

Dizziness can be due to many reasons..are u feel dizzy or are u having spinning sensation?
