Based on the information provided your shoulder problem could be due to a condition called frozen shoulder but since you’re having weakness in your fingers you need further evaluation. The weakness could be due to nerve compression at neck or at hand level. For your above problem you need to get yourself examined by a orthopaedic doctor in person and might require further blood and radiological investigation. The medicines for the above problem cannot be given without clinical examination.

Your condition is treatable do not worry .
