Dr , I have weak retina due to high myopia -10.5 and -17 , how to take care of retina so that it should be safe and strong , what are the do's and don't's I have dry eye syndrome and photophobia light sensitivity so what s the best solution for it and what's the best eye lubricant brand to treat it

1. Regular eye check - including retina examination every year 2. Make your food plate colorful, for instance red for tomatoes, orange for carrots and green for leafy veggies
