What exactly are your calcium and Vit D levels....as the suppliments you take will depend on weathr you come in the insufficient or deficient category.
Proteins,magnesium,zinc,iron and other minerals are required in body for proper functioning of musculoskeltal and systemic systems.
Do get back with your typical diet and timetable of the day for proper diet,nutrition and suppliements based on your dietary choices.

Hi..
As stated above you require iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium and selenium..
You can have whole grains...green leafy vegetables..dairy products...nuts pumpkin seeds...sunflower seeds...oats..
If you take non veg then try lean meat...chicken...fish..
Regular exercises...and mild endurance training will help you improve overall health status...
