Have you been deworming your kids? You need to give medicine for worms every six months. 1. Give them nutritious foods such as dry grapes, dates, haldhi mixed milk everyday once. 2. If you are nonvegetarian give eggs atleast three in a week. 3. Fry Kerala banana in ghee and give them. 4. Also give them potatoes which helps in weight gain. 1.Give atrimed height and weight syrup one tsp twice after food. For appetite to improve give liv 52 syrup one tsp twice before food. Along with swarnaprashana also give himalaya septilin syrup one tsp twice for three months after food. How do you give swarnaprashana? It should be given morning empty stomach once they wake up from bed And then don't give food for atleast one hour.
Next Steps
Also kids should get good sleep for ten hours . Don't let them watch mobile phones or television two hrs before bed.
