A. There is no natural method to get rid of glasses
B. As you age is 19 yes,so your number will not increase much now as number becomes stable at age of 18-21 yrs of age
C. There is only one way to get rid of glasses and that is lasik surgery

. Myopic power increases upto 21 yrs of age because body growth in male gets completed by 21 yrs.There is no direct medicine to improve vision but it you can take lots of green vegetables.-1D is considered very minimal power, maximum increase in myopic power takes place between 13 yrs to 21yrs in male because maximum body growth takes place between these periods in male.You should take decision about LASIK or Smile LASIK only after when you are 22 yrs old.
