Weak eye sight problem
My eye sight become weak specifically in evening and night I feel very much stress on eye while reading and getting very tired mentally.

at the age of 40 one develops presbyopia. you are one of them .in the morning till afternoon you exhaust your reserve accommodation, hence you feel tired.so please get your eyes testing done.

Please get your eyes checked for a refractive error by an ophthalmologist. Also, although unlikely, your retina must be examined for ruling out causes of night blindness.

Hello, Its time to get your eyes checked in detail. Looks like you need presbyopic glasses(near/reading glasses). If you are using computer, mobile frequently it might be causing dryness in the eyes along with glass power.
