There was a retinal hole in my right eye which has been cured, so what physical exercises should I not do?

Hi ..
Very rough sports..where ther is chance of injury ..
Extreme heavy weight lifting..normal gym is ok ..

There is no any restrictions for any kind of work or exercises you do. Just avoid sports like Boxing, Karate, Kick boxing etc where there can be a direct thurst or trauma to head or eye.
