Sir I have some confusion sir I think my body bones are weak can I take l arginine tablate with Alfa calcidol its safe or may be adworse effect..plz sir suggest me

In your age osteoporosis will not occurs ,why unnecessarily do diagnosis and self medications, that is wrong if you have got symptoms consult doctor, for you nutrition in the food is enough

Diagnosis: osteoporosis uncommon at age 24, if you have any symptoms, need to evaluated carefully Supplements has to be taken carefully, arginine may be bit benefit for increasing muscle strength, not bone Consult orthopedician before any self prescription.
