Weak bone and Pain in Knees
I have pain in knees and it seems that my bones are little weak or some times it feels like i have low bone density. i am taking medicine for sinusitis for long time. i find myself unable to run long and done some exercises. i had already taken vitamin D and calcium supliments. for a month. but coud see no difference

One month therapy is too little for weak bones .Get your knee x-ray done.if needed mri to be done.
