Watery eyes and pain in shoulders

My mother is having watery eyes since 2 days. What could be the possible reasons?. She is also facing severe pain in both the shoulders. She has a history of frozen shoulder but that got cured couple of years back.

It is conjunctivitis. Rx -CHLORAMPHENICOL eye drops, instill 2 drops in each eye bid × 3 days. - TAB DICLOFENAC SODIUM, 50 mg, bid, × 3 days. DrPBM.
