Water reflux
When ever i eat i get water reflux when i drink water after food or water alone i have ibs also from 1 year but that is mild i get stomach gurgling noises some times some times reflux is sour but most of times only watery reflux what to do is it gerd or what

You seem to have preconceived notions about the reason for your symptoms. Please consult a Gastroenterologist in your area for a physical examination and a few investigations. Upper GI Endoscopy will have to be done in addition to other investigations. Treatment can be planned after the diagnosis has been made.

Yes you need to get an upper gi endoscopy done first and then if needed they will prescribe few more tests to confirm the diagnosis . From your symptoms it looks like it could be gerd. They need to assess the cause for it
