Water on knee
Hello sir, I am suffering from water on knee. Visited orthopedic doctor. He said we have to take that water with injection but I am having injection phobia. Is there any other alternative solution to take out water? Is it good to take out that water from knee? If o take it out, will that water form again?
If I do weight training will it go?

We need to examine the fluid from knee joint to exclude diseases...do not worry it is done under local anaesthesia only
