Get an X-ray of both knees and blood tests (Vitamin D, Calcium, CBC, CRP). Start Calcium + Vitamin D3 supplements. Avoid squatting or Indian toilet. Do gentle knee exercises and consider physiotherapy. Consult an orthopedic doctor if symptoms persist.
