Water flosser
My dentist recommended me to use water flosser. I bought it but I don't know how to use it. Should I use it daily or on alternative days or once a week plz answer. Thanks can it damage my teeths

You can use it daily.just put tip of flosser in between two teeth press button let water flow for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat same for entire teeth.It do not damage teeth. It will help to clean interdental tooth surfaces thus improving overall health of teeth and gums.
