Warts on scortum

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I got some warts, bluish in color on my scortum. Previously around 4 years ago they started over there, they were 3-4. Now i got around 20-30 of them. They look unhygenic and pathetic, but i have no problem of pain and bleeding.
