These could b skin tags or warts and it will keep recurring. Excess weight gain and genetic predisposing factors r reasons for skin tags. They can b removed with Electrocautery. If left unattended then chances of it flaring up and increasing in nos and size also r there. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to get it removed.

Hi, if I understand correctly the main question is " How did I get the wart?" Also, I have B12 Def, and is it linked with HPV? Let me help you understand: A wart could be because of a Direct contact with a wart or Touching something contaminated with the virus, such as towels, doorknobs, and shower floors habits like Nail-biting and cuticle picking or even shaving that may have caused cuts abrasions, and port of entry of the virus and then comes the Sexual intercourse causing the (genital warts). Diagnosis is possible just by clinical examination by a doctor but some want to confirm and rarely it needs a biopsy to verify.
Next Steps
Try laser wart removal, or freezing of the wart by cryotherapy. Add regular Vitamin B Complex Supplements in your daily intake. It will help support immunity as well.
Health Tips
Avoid experimenting, cutting, plucking or shaving over the wart.
