Hi .it looks like warts.you need to get them removed by cryotherapy or radio-frequency.please visit a dermatologist.

Greetings - these look like plane warts / stucco keratosis - these need to be addressed - by due examination of the same by a qualified dermatologist and removal by radio frequency ablation / electro surgery. Stucco keratosis is a non infective and non-bothersome condition and may need no treatment except for cosmetic concerns. However, if plane warts, better to get them treated. hope this helps
