Hi..wart is caused by a virus so the best treatment option is it's complete removal or destruction, no oral medications are effective.It is usually done either by electrocautery or chemical cauterisation which depends on size and number of the lesions. And similarly cost depends on the type and number of warts. It is a simple opd procedure which is done under local anesthesia without any pain and downtime.So consult a dermatologist who will examine and discuss with you which is the best option in your case. But I will suggest not to delay your appointment as it is infectious and size or number of lesions can increase with time.
