Wart on my foot

I got treated for wart on my foot one week ago.idk if a plantar wart.now it looks as in the pic.now after one week of treatement it didn't recoverd as i expected.what is the black spot in the middile of hole?how long will it take to recover and is there any other treatments required?please help me!
