I want to take a break from social media. It has been 2days n i have not opened Facebook and instagram. I want to use my time in reading books and exercise like pranayama, meditation and sleep 😴 at the right time... Tell me how can I? Thanx

Good idea to go off social media. 1. Disable notification or delete the app from your phone. 2. Call and speak to your close friends to update them or get updated about various activities. 3. Pick up a book to read. 4. Read newspapers for news updates. 5. Make time for physical exercise. 6. Sleep on time and wake up early for exercising. Set a day's routine and follow it diligently. Take a challenge for 30 days. Then increase it by 30 days more.
