Want to stop smoking
I really want to stop smoking but l am unable to control it. I use to smoke 3-5 cigarettes per day. I tried to reduce this count to one and then zero but cant go beyond 2. Please suggest me the best way to stop this.

hello there. try indulging in activities like gym, aerobics, meditation etc. you can chew nicotine gum whenever you feel like smoking. consult a psychiatrist for further help with de-addiction. regards
