I m pure Jain n plz suggest me ways to reduce weight n maintain proper diet..i m also starting gym but i think there should be a proper diet with it to provide protiens to body instead of junk foods...i dont wanna waste thousands on a dietitian at this age..plz suggest something.thnk u
