Hello dear Its a good  initiative dat u wish to loose weight. Since u r lactating mother, u have to focus on very Nutritious and healthy weight loss plan which is rich in iron,calcium,folic acid and proteins.  Include greens, pulses and tonned dairy  products  in ur daily diet apart from fruits and cereals for fulfilling energy requirements Consult a Dietician for individualised diet plan  and njoy ur journey to health
