A photograph of your smile and the face would be helpful. Sometimes teeth look big because the adjacent teeth are smaller than they should be. No procedure is that painful. Anything that may cause pain is done under anaesthesia. Also now we have life like options for restoring teeth so if anything they will enhance your smile. Don't worry.
