Want to quit smoking
I am trying to quit smoking but not getting results in it. I am also taking nicotex it results in reduction but not completely. As if I don't smoke my body starts paining moreover I feel like my nerves are getting swollen. It was around 15 sticks a day but now it's around 7to 8 in a day. I am smoking from 2013 and now want to get rid of this. Please help me out in quiting. I spoke with my family but they simply says don't even take a single stick even though I also don't want to take it but not getting that much control. Please advise what steps I need to take to get rid of this.

It is definitely had to leave smoking and body reacts to it adversely. You only when you try to create initial stage is craving followed by pain, muscle cramps, nausea and vometing. All this happens over a course of 3 days. This is the most difficult part and once you are able to face this and get over with the three days abstinence from smoking it will be easier to quit. You will be surprised to see that you have almost quit. Nicotex chewing gums to help along with that moral support of the family is also important. My advice would be during those 3 days you can take medications for all the side affects your body experiences for not smoking.
Next Steps
try complete abstinence for 3 days along with medications for abdominal pain nausea and vomiting.
