There are many ways u can quit it…. Medicines just reduces ur anxiety but ur will power ultimately determines it….. u can replace gutkha by nicotine gums or nicotine patch… if u don’t wish to use the above two options there are medications which can reduce ur craving and and anxiety…… contact on 93345’60294
