Want to lose weight
Hi.. I'm 24 yr old lady. My current weight is 70 and height is 5ft. I'm over weight and I want to be thin enough to look good. Problem is I can't stop eating and I never have any time to exercise due to busy schedule. I tried running but I feel exhausted with no stamina left. Please suggest weight loss tricks that I can try. I desperately need to lose weight.

Controlling your weight from gaining is quite a difficult task if you are a person who is habituated to faulty dietary habits which includes binge eating, excess intake of junk foods and sedentary lifestyle. So the first step in controlling your weight should be to reduce or limit the practice of the above said factors. This will help you prevent from excess fat depositions causing weight gain. Intake of 1 tablespoon honey mixed with lukewarm water daily in empty stomach is said to be an excellent remedy for controlling weight gain.
