Want to know the mental health problem
I feel too low now. Day by day I'm becoming inresponsibiltrovert,. My father died suddenly 2 years back. And after that I suddenly started developing fear of losing my mother because I was too much traumatized by my father's sudden death. After my mother explained that she will not leave me then slowly I got normalised. Due to his death all the responsibilities came on my shoulder but I didn't have anyone to rely upon. I cannot express what I feel in front of my mother because I have to be very strong in front of her. and now I'm tired and mentally drained. on the other hand my bf doesn't give me that moral support which I need. he is busy in his own life. he has his works, friends and after everything he want his own time and space and I get very ignored. and now I'm tired of experiencing a feeling of unloved, unwanted and still acting to be strong.
