Want to gain weight
Hi, I always take a complete diet in my food even though my weight doesn't gain. Currently it's 42 and it was 47 3 years ago. Since I am a married women and also planning a child next year. So it's very important to gain a weight for me. Usually I take tea with 2 breads at very first and sometime later I eat some apple/papaya/cornflakes then 2 hours later at 2:30-4:00 pm do lunch (2-3 roti, 1bowl rice, 1bowl daal with 25-50gms sabzi) then eat some evening snacks with tea at 6-7 pm and then dinner at 10-11pm (3-4 rotis with 30-50 gm sabzi). Sometimes I drink milk (3days in a week) before sleep. Thats all. I know it not impressive. But I don't understand what I should eat healthy in morning & evening as I don't like milk much. And yes I am vegetarian but eats Boiled eggs severally.
