There is no single medicine for have a baby like fever you take paracetamol and your fever subside, it requires frequent visit at Gynaecologist place, so consult Gynaecologist and with full faith and understanding start treatment. And if you have already consulted and your Gynaecologist status that your report (including Diagnostic Hysteroscopy & Laparoscopy) then IUI will be helpful for you.
