Want beautiful smile
I have space in my upper front teeth. I have consulted with orthodontists. One orthodontists said it can not be corrected, cause my tongue size is large comparatively, so it will relapse. One says my skeletal pattern is class 3,so it is not treatable by ortho treatment only, as class 3 pattern will be more prominent. It might be treatable by maxilofacial surgery with orthodontic treatment. What should I do to get beautiful healthy teeth. Is there any risk factors of facial surgery?

Yea sometimes skeletal corrections require orthognathic surgery combined with orthodontic treatment.although you can consult and know regarding the various options available besides this and chose the most suitable for your condition.

If your complaint is your jaw size or shape or full dentition then you can consider if it’s only gap between front teeth you can go for other options like crowns

There are many treatments available nowadays other than surgeries/orthodontic treatments...like smile designing wid crown/veneers for spacings etc...though without clinical examination we cannot say anything
