Hi. I am 25 years old(Female). Got sexually assaulted by my uncle. And I missed my periods by 5 days and pregnancy test is showing negative. I have read that the pregnancy test is accurate after 21 days of sexual intimacy and I took the test on Dec 26th 2023 with first morning urine with three different brands( Apollo pharmacy pregnancy test, Dr. Morepen pregnancy test and Prega news) all three tests were showing negative.
I was last sexually assaulted on December 10th,2023 and my LMP is 19-November-2023.
I will retake the test in a few days when it hits 3 week mark(21 days post sexual assault) if it turns positive, I need an abortion. My family just moved to Hyderabad. And I need one doctor who will not judge me and I want some emotional and mental support. Since I am new to Hyderabad(shifted two months ago) I don't know much about this city. Do anyone of you doctors, from Hyderabad. Please help me.

Your LMP was 19 November and you experienced sexual assault on 10 December. That is 21 days after the last period. Chances of your pregnancy are very low. You are 25 years old.
You should get a beta HCG level done around 2 or 3 December . Consult a Gynaecologist with the report.
You will have to go to the Doctor with your mother.

As if now you are not pregnant and it's unlikely that you would be pregnant
You are a 25 year old girl the assault needs to be informed to your family and the authorities so that is does not keep repeating in future
