Wana look slim
I want to loose my but not able to. I am not able eat less. I get up at 6 and leave for job and come back at 9. So there is no time for work out. I drink a lot of water and green tea (2 times a day). But this is not helping out. I want to reduce my back fat. I cant do any exercises as I don't have time for it. I tried to exercise some days but it's affecting my sleep. I have period problem due to this. Please help me.

Hello,, you should not do strenuous exercise .. That will affect periods. Do yoga otherwise .Without exercise and diet one cannot reduce weight ... have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.
