Vomiting since morning
Four year old child, vomiting since morning. Kindly advise medication. Can we give colicaid to the child.

4 year old, probably due to gastritis
Tab lanzol jr (30) -1 tab once daily
Syp emeset (5ml/2mg) -5 ml three times for 2 days for vomiting

Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and small light meals including curd and Banana in the diet.
Use syp ondem half hour before meals for vomiting and syp vizylac twice a day for 3-5 days.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like loose motions or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me here on practo.
