Vomiting nd dizziness
I have vomiting since morning and dizziness as well. Headech and feeling very weak. Not able to eat due to vomiting.

• tablet Pan-D 40mg (1 in the morning and night) before food • tablet A-Z (1 in the morning) after food • tablet nicip plus (1 in the morning and night) after food

The dizziness is because of dehydration. Drink a lot of water. Drink electrol solution or ORS. Check RT-PCR once for covid. There are many causes fir vomitting. Need detailed history for further evaluation and treatment.  Consult via practo.

Take tablet onden md 4 mg 3 times per day and tablet acelofenac . Drink ors and more fluids.
